As followers of Christ, we are not in business by accident.  Our businesses are, in this season, a calling God has placed on our lives.   It is our responsibility to, in every aspect, shepherd this ministry.

But we cannot nurture, protect, or guide the process without knowing and understanding it below the surface.

The business aspect of our ministry is the means, through goods or services, that we engage others.  As shepherds of the ministry, we must also be good stewards of the business, its processes, and operations.  We must be present, active, and invested in what God has entrusted to us.

Relationship is the bridge that connects the ministry and business principles.  Through this relationship there is an emmense opportunity to experience growth and serve productively.  We must be intentional in establishing the connection between these venues just as God is intentional to establish a relationship with us.   Apart from Him we can do nothing.
